Derek has always had a flair for entrepreneurship. His small business endeavors growing up led him to completing his Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance at Dalhousie University. Before beginning his career in Real Estate Sales, Derek took on a Real Estate Development project in a hands-on managerial role to broaden his knowledge of the industry. His positive attitude and outgoing personality are constantly complimented by clients and colleagues alike. His passion for running, which has recently seen him complete three half-marathons and a triathlon, keeps him refreshed and energized to help his clients achieve their Real Estate goals.

Jeff, his wife Margie, and their four kids have called the Glebe home for over 23 years. With just as many years experience in Real-Estate, Jeff and Margie brought the Keller Williams franchise to Ottawa in 2001, which has since grown to over 300 agents. Jeff has balanced the explosive growth of the brokerage while maintaining a continued focus on delivering the highest level of expertise and service to the clients of the Hooper Home Team. Jeff is recognized by Real Estate professionals around the city for his integrity and honesty. His passion for negotiating and ‘Win-Win or No Deal’ mentality is the reason why so many clients refer their family and friends.  

Mike is now a 3rd generation Hooper in the Real-Estate business following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps. Mike’s charisma and positive attitude draws many accolades from his clients. Always willing to help and ‘go out of his way’ for his Buyer clients, he has quickly built up a strong reputation with his fellow Realtors.
