Jeff Hooper, Broker

Jeff, his wife Margie, and their four kids have called the Glebe home for over 25 years. Having worked in Real Estate since arriving in The Glebe, Jeff and Margie brought the Keller Williams franchise to Ottawa in 2001. The business has since grown to include more than 300 agents. Jeff has balanced the explosive growth of the brokerage, while maintaining a continued focus on delivering the highest level of expertise and service to the clients of the Hooper Home Team. Jeff is recognized by Real Estate professionals around the city for his integrity and honesty. His passion for negotiating and ‘Win-Win or No Deal’ approach are just a couple of the reasons so many clients return and refer their family and friends.

Margie Hooper, Broker

As one of the founding members of Keller Williams Ottawa Realty, Margie and Jeff work together as a cohesive team. Margie’s boundless energy and drive make her well-liked by both our Seller and Buyer clients. Her local knowledge of the Glebe and Ottawa South communities are extensive, and her network of contacts make her ideal at finding opportunities well in advance. Recently, Margie has been most active in her Managerial role on the brokerage side of Keller Williams as she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. She does, however, still participate in a consulting role within the Hooper Home Team. Margie is bilingual.

Mike Hooper, Broker

Mike is a third generation Hooper in the Real-Estate business following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps. Mike’s charisma and positive attitude draws many accolades from his clients. Always willing to help and ‘go out of his way’ for his buyer clients, he has quickly built a strong reputation with his fellow Realtors. Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Univeristy of Western Ontario. His academic background combined with his extensive practical experience enable Mike to deliver exceptional expertise and service to his clients.

Derek Hooper, Sales Representative

Derek has always had a flair for entrepreneurship. Through his pursuit of small business endeavors growing up he became interested in studying business. After completing his Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance at Dalhousie University, Derek took on a Real Estate Development project in a hands-on managerial role to broaden his knowledge of the industry. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate his positive attitude and outgoing personality. His passion for running recently led him to complete three half-marathons and a triathlon, and keeps him energized to help his clients achieve their Real Estate goals.
